MOTIVATION: Mastery, Autonomy and Purpose
Our work is a passion and driven by the mission of the school. Our basis for motivation is closely related to the philosophies of Dan Pink, described in his book, DRIVE. There are copies of this book and an audiobook format in the office if you wish to reference it.
